Each care plan includes regular visits from a registered nurse (RN) to manage symptoms and monitor well-being, along with 24/7 access to hospice nurses whenever care is needed. Concierge pharmacy services

managing medications simply and stress-free for families. We coordinate prescriptions, handle refills, and ensure the timely delivery of prescribed medication to manage pain and symptoms. With careful oversight from our hospice physician, we ensure that every patient receives the correct medication at the right time – so families can focus on being together rather than managing logistics.

Family counseling

Our licensed nurses, caregivers, and hospice specialists are dedicated to helping patients live each day with comfort and dignity while supporting families through one of life’s most difficult transitions.

Social & spiritual services

we honor each family’s beliefs, values and traditions. Our social workers and spiritual counselors provide emotional guidance, help with specific religious or cultural needs, and offer comfort through prayer, reflection, or memorial services. We’re here to support both patients and families in finding strength, connection, and peace of heart during this time.

Regular health assessments

We provide regular health assessments to ensure that each patient’s comfort and well-being are carefully monitored. Our hospice team collaborates with local medical specialists, such as cardiologists in Tomball, when additional cardiac insight is needed, ensuring that every patient’s heart health is supported with care and expertise.

Volunteer participation

Volunteers at Sunset Hospice Inc. play a vital role in supporting our patients and their families. By offering companionship, assistance, and a caring presence, our volunteers help create a warm, comforting environment that makes a meaningful difference every day.

Our Mother held on for three years in Hospice care and Sunset worked right alongside us family caregivers every step of the way. They answered our texts, our calls and our many questions during home visits with accuracy, patience, and gentle compassion in the physical needs of Mother. She loved her Nurses. When the end came we were well prepared. Before Hospice, Mother had always told us that when it came time for her to pass, she prayed she would be able to do so in her own home. Sunset helped us make that possible and we are grateful. Without hesitation I say, your trust is well put into good hands with Sunset Hospice.
We’ve had the pleasure of working closely with the team at Sunset Hospice, and it has been nothing short of exceptional. Their nurse, Kevin, is incredibly attentive and caring — always going the extra mile to ensure our residents receive top-notch care. He’s also shared valuable tips with us that have greatly enhanced how we support our seniors. Carla, their aide, is sweet, gentle, and brings such a comforting presence to our home. It’s a joy to see how she interacts with our residents. We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Sunset Hospice and look forward to continuing this partnership. Thank you for being a trusted and compassionate extension of our care team!

Very disturbing to see a dog tied up to a tree in the front of your facility with no food, water or shelter while it's pouring down rain. If this is any indication of how you treat your patients, you should find another business avenue.
